Why Reepli exists
The idea started with a simple observation. A plumber friend of Anthony's was losing nearly 30% of his potential clients because of missed calls while he was on a job. Texts piled up, WhatsApp messages went unanswered, and quotes ended up going elsewhere.
No existing tool was really built for him: CRMs were too complex, chatbots too generic, and virtual receptionists started at €600 per month. Yet his customers all used WhatsApp. The channel was already there — what was missing was the intelligence to reply, qualify, and book appointments while he had his hands deep in pipes.
Reepli was born from one conviction: a French small business doesn't need yet another tool — it needs an assistant that talks to its customers on the channel they already use, WhatsApp, for 10x less than a receptionist.

Co-Founder & CEO
Anthony has been an entrepreneur for over 10 years. His digital background — strategy, SEO, customer acquisition — has led him to support hundreds of French small and mid-sized businesses over the years. The idea for Reepli came from a conversation with a plumber friend who was losing jobs to missed calls. His belief: tradespeople, coaches, and shopkeepers deserve the same AI tools as large companies — but simple, in their language, and accessible.

Benjamin is co-founder of Reepli. He brings the engineering and product expertise built up over several years designing and shipping tech solutions for French companies. He leads the product's technical vision: architecture, conversational AI quality, reliability of the WhatsApp Cloud API integration, and end-user experience. His compass is simple: a tradesperson should never have to understand how it works for it to work. Everything must run on the first try, in under 15 minutes of setup.
