These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Reepli.ai service, an AI-powered WhatsApp assistant platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses.

Article 2 - Service access

The service is accessible through a monthly subscription. Users must hold an active WhatsApp Business number to use the service.

Article 3 - User obligations

The user undertakes to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and with the WhatsApp Business (Meta) terms of service. The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.

Article 4 - Data protection

Article 5 - Termination

Subscriptions are no-commitment. Users may cancel at any time from their dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
