When will I receive my credit?
As soon as your referee's 1st payment is validated (at the end of their 7-day free trial). The credit shows up in your account and is deducted from your next invoice. If the referee cancels within 30 days of that payment, any unused credit is voided to prevent fake signups.
How is the reward paid?
As subscription credit, automatically deducted from your next Reepli invoices. If your credit exceeds an invoice amount, the balance rolls over to the following month. Credit applies to your subscription (excluding Meta messaging fees) and cannot be converted to cash.
Is there a limit to the number of referrals?
None. Refer 1, 10, or 100 fellow entrepreneurs: we credit 50€ each time, and credits stack. Once you reach 5 active referrals, you also unlock the 100€ Ambassador credit bonus.
Who can be referred?
Any small business owner, freelancer, retailer, coach, or independent who is not already a Reepli customer (or former customer). Referrals between affiliated companies or with the same 100% owner are not eligible.
How do I track my referee's status?
Your referral dashboard (inside your Reepli account) shows each referee's status in real time: invited, signed up, on free trial, paying, credit applied. You also receive an email at each milestone.

The referral program is reserved for active Reepli customers (any plan, from 79€/month). Create your account — as soon as it is activated, your referral code is automatically available.
