One fully transparent exception: for certain messages you choose to send on your own initiative (a day-before appointment reminder, a campaign…), WhatsApp/Meta charges a few cents — billed directly to your WhatsApp Business account, at Meta’s real rate, with no markup from us. Replying to your customers is always free. In practice, expect under €20–30/month depending on your activity — easily covered by a single missed appointment avoided.
